Policies

14- Day Return Policy:

--For full returns, the item(s) must have original packaging, manuals, receipt, and in good working condition. If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.
--New bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order bikes are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Used bike sales and clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.
--Labor items, such as bicycle assembly or wheel builds, are non-refundable.
--Any special orders will require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering.
**We reserve the right to determine condition of products and alter these policies as needed.

Store Policy:

--A government-issued photo I.D. is required for a test ride. Persons 16 years of age or younger will not be allowed to test ride bicycles unless supervised by a Parent/Guardian.
--Repairs and special orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification or a storage fee may be charged. Items left after 60 days will be considered forfeited and therefore discarded.
--Layaways are considered on a case-by-case basis – inquire at info@winnebagobicycle.com
