Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.

14- Day Return Policy:--For full returns, the item(s) must have original packaging, manuals, receipt, and in good working condition. If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.--New bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order bikes are subject to a 50% restocking fee. The tread pattern features a directional, tight-knit center tread that sheds dirt and debris, with side knobs for effective cornering traction. This tire is suitable for riders who navigate forest roads, twisty singletrack, gravel tracks, and paved connecting sections. The Sparwood is designed for riders seeking to experience the land. Center lugs are raised and ramped for rolling efficiency; the diamond-shaped lugs squeeze in for grip as they contact dirt, then back out to shed debris. Diamond- and chevron-shaped transition lugs feature staggered spacing and height to improve shedding and traction. L-shaped side lugs dig in for grip while braking through corners, but roll quickly when off the brakes.
