14- Day Return Policy:
-- For full returns, the item(s) must have original packaging, manuals, receipt, and in good working condition. If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.
-- New and used bicycle sales are final and cannot be returned.
-- Labor items, such as bicycle assembly or wheel builds, are non-refundable.
-- Any special orders will require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering.
-- Special order returns are subject to a restocking fee at the shop's discretion.
-- Shipped items may be shipped back to us either through UPS or USPS at buyer's expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged in shipping. All other terms above apply.
