Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

14- Day Return Policy:--For full returns, the item(s) must have original packaging, manuals, receipt, and in good working condition. If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.--New bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order bikes are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Salsa Deadbolt Ultralight Thru-Axles are offered in a 6mm flat button head design for a flush, clean look.
These thru-axles are lightweight, easy to use, and secure. CNC-machined from 7000 series aluminum, they are designed to fit all current Salsa thru-axle frames. For other frames, check with the manufacturer for compatibility and other specifications. A 6mm hex wrench is required for installation.
