Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.

14- Day Return Policy:--For full returns, the item(s) must have original packaging, manuals, receipt, and in good working condition. If above conditions are not met, a partial refund or in-store credit may be offered.--New bicycle returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order bikes are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Tiger Eye mirrors have been handmade in America for over a decade.
Each mirror is a work of art meticulously crafted by artists in two styles: the helmet mount, which fits all foam shell helmets, and the sport glass mount, which fits frames other than thin wire or other round temple returns. Tiger Eye mirrors are available in these two styles with a number of different graphics. They are constructed from high-grade glass optics and a stainless steel bicycle spoke. Because the mirrors are breakable, they are not recommended for children, and you should always wear eye protection when cycling.
